At the Chinese Shaolin Center of Utah, our beginner Tai Chi classes introduce students to essential Qigong postures and the simplified 24 Posture Tai Chi Combined Form, providing a strong foundation in breath control, movement, and balance.

As students progress, we offer advanced Tai Chi training, including push hands and sensitivity exercises, which develop reflexes, structure, and internal energy awareness.
